Hello,my name is Honekawa and I studied abroad in France until recently.

Now I want to talk about why France has the highest birthrate in the European Union.

To tell the truth,more than half babies born in France is child born outside of marriage.

At the end of the discussion,I made two proposal.First of all,discount system for entire family members.This discount system is very famous in France.The families with children can go to an art museum and use public transportation without paying high fees.
Next,increasing child-care allowance for children aged up to 20.I think that it is difficult because this allowance is the most hospitable of any advanced country.

Now I talk about our consensus.First of all,we reduce full time workers' work hours depending on their circumstances.
Next,we will introduce the discount system for entire family members.For example,an art museum and public transpotation.
Third,we are going to increase child-care allowance for children aged up to 20.
At the end,we allow all full time workers to take more and more break times for taking care of their children during working hours.

And what is more,I want to talk about what the situation of how to support families with children is in France.

There are a wide variety of welfare system and tax breaks for childbirth and nursing in France.In addition,there are lower tax rates for a big family there.

To my surprise,people who have more than four children can live on just their wide variety of allowance,virtually.

As for the rest,a family with children can receive some family allowance without income limitation after second-born child.
In addition,there is a hospitable and detailed family allowance in France.The family with children can also receive federal funding for a babysitter.There is a huge variety of child-care services there.

At the end,in France the society is forgiving of marriage without registration and single-parent family.
There are a labor environment and child support which single mother can give a birth and rear babies while working in France.
