Moral dilemma
I am on holiday in Bali with my 18 year old son and wife.I have been there for a week and are ready to head home. All three of I am at the airport getting ready to board my plane, when an armed officer comes around with a sniffer dog.I have all my bags on a trolley, and the dog sniffs at both my wife and my bag,and passes over it,however when he gets to your sons bag,he begins to get a bit more active.
I look over at my son and he is looking a little nervous.I know he is smoked a little marijuana in his time, but generally,he is a good kid,and I certainly did not think he would actually be stupid enough to bring it back on the plane with him.At first I feel angry that he would do such a thing and start planning my responsibility lecture, but then I realize that you are in Bali, and they have a zero tolerance policy on drugs, meaning my son could be jailed for life,or worse, executed,if he does have some illicit materials in his bag.
I look at my wife and realize she has come to same conclusion and has gone pale with fear.
The armed officer accompanying the dog is beginning to look more stern with every sniff the dog takes and looks directly at me and asks me to open to the bag.
I do,and as the officer begins to take things out of the bag,I see to may horror that there is a small quantity of marijuana stashed in with my sons belongings.
The officer looks at you and asks "Who's bag is this?"
I realized I have to answer, but the answer will not be easy.I see my wife in the corner of my eye,and she is about to step forward and claim it as her own.
At first, our answer is "This is my son's bag but we have known that my son smoked marijuana and gave silent approval so we parents have a responsibility. My son is under age so please think first of it."
We thought that he is under age and considered it as a extenuating circumstances factor.
In addition,I do not want to make out that I do not know who's bag this is because I think that it will lead to worse sentence. For example, being jailed for life and executing by exposure to catching lying.
However,in Bali, they have a zero tolerance policy on drugs and my son could be jailed for life,or worse, executed. If crime suspect is under age, they carry out a sentence in a similar manner.
Next, our answer is to expect my son to tell the truth but if my son does not say anything,I tell the truth and say to the officer"I knew that may son smoked marijuana and gave silent approval so I parent have a responsibility."
At first,we think that parents should arrest instead of the son because there must be a bright future in front of the son but he will regret killing his parent for the rest of his life.As for us,we also regret handing over our son to the police for the rest of our life.So telling the truth by himself is a good way to journey through life. This is our consensus. We got to the same answer.I think that we all members equally participate in the discussion today.

How to support families with children
Hello,my name is Honekawa and I studied abroad in France until recently.
Now I want to talk about why France has the highest birthrate in the European Union.
First of all,the parents of children aged up to three can take child-care leave and reduce work hours.France has a thirty-five-hour work week, the shortest working hours among advanced countries.
Next, the form of a couple in France is flexible and people can accept child born outside of marriage.
To tell the truth, more than half babies born in France is child born outside of marriage.
At the end, these days many women aged forty and older often give a birth.
At the end of the discussion,I made two proposal.First of all, discount system for entire family members. This discount system is very famous in France. The families with children can go to an art museum and use public transportation without paying high fees.
Next, increasing child-care allowance for children aged up to 20.I think that it is difficult because this allowance is the most hospitable of any advanced country.
Now I talk about our consensus.First of all,we reduce full time workers' work hours depending on their circumstances.
Next,we will introduce the discount system for entire family members. For example,an art museum and public transpotation.
Third,we are going to increase child-care allowance for children aged up to 20.
At the end,we allow all full time workers to take more and more break times for taking care of their children during working hours.
-----------------------
And what is more,I want to talk about what the situation of how to support families with children is in France.
There are a wide variety of welfare system and tax breaks for childbirth and nursing in France. In addition, there are lower tax rates for a big family there.
To my surprise, people who have more than four children can live on just their wide variety of allowance, virtually.
As for the rest,a family with children can receive some family allowance without income limitation after second-born child.
In addition, there is a hospitable and detailed family allowance in France. The family with children can also receive federal funding for a babysitter. There is a huge variety of child-care services there.
At the end,in France the society is forgiving of marriage without registration and single-parent family.
There are a labor environment and child support which single mother can give a birth and rear babies while working in France.
